This weekend is 4 days long! Woo hoo! We have many exciting events planned, so you'll have to stay tuned throughout the weekend to find out about the rest of them. But today's main event was the Wool Festival. Oliver and I went one afternoon last year, but we were unsure of what to expect going early. I knew it was a great artsy festival! So we got up early and headed to Falmouth, Kentucky. Oliver enjoyed the morning in the hiking backpack with Brent. We walked around multiple booths and ate great food, including homemade chicken n dumplings (for me), a bbq sandwich (for Brent), honey lemonade, and fried Reese's cup and Oreos. The only purchase we made was a new winter hat for Oliver that's made from wool, has a fleece lining, and originated in Ecuador. (It's not the one pictured below, but we did consider this one.)We got it for a pretty good price (considering...). It was a great morning! The only other excitement is meeting a potential future babysitter this afternoon. Updates from the rest of the weekend will come as they occur...
