Birthday Week!

This week was Carney Birthday Week. They go three in a row starting on June 5 with Mary Ann, then John, then Brent. This year was a big one because John and Mary Ann turned 60! We visited with them to celebrate. The trip began in Rome with UB and Oliver riding a horse, Rocky, for the first time on Thursday. On Friday morning John, Brent and Oliver went to the Hobby Store in Kennesaw where Oliver got to play with the trains and other toys for over an hour and a half. Mary Ann and I did a little shopping. Friday night was the best as we all met at Alpine Bakery. With a supper of pasta and dessert to boot, we were all stuffed to our limits when we left. We also surprised John and Mary Ann with some special birthday treats, including tickets to the Keith Urban concert in July. We had a great weekend with Grammy and P-Paw!
